The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invites online applications for direct recruitment to the posts of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ (Group ‘B’, Non-Gazetted) and Stenographer Grade ‘D’ (Group ‘C’). This recruitment drive will be conducted through an Open Competitive Computer-Based Examination. There are a total of 261 tentative vacancies for positions located in various States and Union Territories across India.

Type of Recruitment

• For Stenographer Grade ‘C’: 18 to 30 years. Candidates must have been born not before 02.08.1995 and not later than 01.08.2007.
• For Stenographer Grade ‘D’: 18 to 27 years. Candidates must have been born not before 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2007.
