🎓 Qualification Details

1. Administrative Officer

  • Essential: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.

2. Section Officer

  • Essential:
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
    • Three Years’ Experience as Senior Assistant (Pay Level 6) OR eight years as Assistant/UDC (Pay Level 4) in a government/university/PSU or reputed private company.
    • Proficiency in computer operations, noting, and drafting.

3. Senior Personal Assistant

  • Essential:
    • A Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Minimum 03 years’ experience as Personal Assistant (Pay Level 6) or 5 years as Stenographer (Pay Level 4).
    • Skill Test: Stenography Speed: 120 wpm (English) / 100 wpm (Hindi).

4. Senior Assistant

  • Essential:
    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Three years of experience as an Assistant or equivalent in Level 4.
    • Proficiency in computer application, noting, and drafting.

5. Assistant

  • Essential:
    • A Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Two years of experience as Junior Assistant/equivalent.
    • Typing Speed: 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).

6. Junior Assistant

  • Essential:
    • A Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Typing Speed: 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
    • Proficiency in Computer Operations.

7. Library Attendant

4. For Library Attendant:
