• This is the most crucial part for aspirants. All direct appointments will be made through screening tests conducted by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC).

1. Secondary (Class 9-12) Teacher (Acharya) 

• Vacancy Distribution:

  • 20% of posts will be filled by Graduate Trained Assistant Teacher candidates with 05 years of experience in Government Middle / Upturned Middle Schools (with prescribed qualifications).

  • Remaining 80% of posts will be filled through direct recruitment.

  • If candidates for the 20% quota are unavailable, those posts will also be filled by direct recruitment.

• Educational Qualifications 

  As per NCTE Regulations 2014 (as amended 2021):

• Post Graduate degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject AND B.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution.

  OR

• Post Graduate degree with at least 45% marks (as per NCTE Regulations 2002/2007) AND B.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution.

  OR

• Post Graduate degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university AND B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.

• Screening Test Pattern for Principals 

  • Question Paper (1): General Knowledge (including computer operation). Total = 200 marks. Duration: 3 hours.

    • Questions will be of Graduate level.

  • Question Paper (2): Examination of the subject in which appointment is made (PG subject). Total = 300 marks. Duration: 3 hours.

    • Questions will be of Postgraduate level.

  • Merit List: Prepared based on the sum of marks obtained in Question Paper (1) and Question Paper (2).

    • Minimum 50% of total marks (Paper 1 + Paper 2) are mandatory (45% for SC/ST candidates).

  • Both papers will be objective and multiple choice.

Laboratory Assistants

• Educational Qualifications
