eligibility & Selection Criteria

The qualifications, and other conditions for the advertised positions shall be in accordance with the UGC Regulations-2018, AICTE-2019, PCI notification, and U.P. State Government’s rules.

• Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess the essential qualifications as laid down in the UGC Regulations for the respective posts (e.g., Master’s Degree with NET/SET or Ph.D.).
• Selection for Assistant Professor: The selection process involves two phases. Phase 1 is shortlisting based on a cumulative total of Basic Academic Score, API Score, and a written test. Phase 2 involves an assessment of teaching skills and an interview for shortlisted candidates.
• Selection for Associate Professor & Professor: The selection process consists of two parts: short-listing based on Basic Academic Score and API Score, followed by an interview.
